Partnered with the client and BCG to create and run three high profile workshops under a global "Digital Accelerator" program to combine teaching and hands-on doing to address digital capabilities and ways of working.

The program was structured around 3 workshops that focus on building Voltaren's approach to digital campaigns and embedding best practice.

Workshop 1: Enhance the connection brief and refine their digital strategy for the campaign.

Workshop 2: Detail the digital global toolkit for campaign and always on content, which included persona development, content strategy and market clustering frameworks.

Workshop 3: Ways of working & codification.
